How do we fit your word in a given design?

We will adjust the size of your word to fit the design you order. Obviously, if you have a long word, the size of the type will get smaller, just as if you have a short word, we have the flexibility to make the word larger. No matter what, your word will be crafted with the utmost care and design aesthetics…that graphic design degree will pay off! We’ll make sure each and every design looks its best!

How do we decorate our apparel?

We use a direct garment printer for almost all of our apparel. It involves state-of-the-art digital printer printing high quality ink directly onto your item. This process offers several advantages over screen printers, including: a soft feel to the design, full range of colors at no extra cost, no minimums and no set up fees.

Why do the colors look different than on my monitor?

We have displayed as accurately as possible the colors and graphics of the products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color and or graphic will be accurate. The colors shown on the site are for reference only. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be slightly different from the actual colors of the products.

What are the washing instructions?

Follow the washing instructions on your item’s tag. These include such suggestions as: turn item inside out, use gentle cycle, cold/cold, tumble dry low or line dry. Our decorating process uses heat to set the design, sometimes this causes wrinkles or a square impression on some garments. Simply wash per garment instructions and this will come out.

What size do I pick?

How long does it take to get an order?

CRUSH’s personalized products are custom made to order by a team of professional designers. When calculating time to receive your order, please include 5-7 business days of processing and production time in addition to shipping time.

CRUSH offers standard shipping to arrive in 5-7 business days to destinations within the continental U.S.A. Delivery times are calculated based on a Northern California Bay Area shipping origin. When placing an order, please take into account shipping delays, such as holiday, weekend, and weather-related. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. For international delivery, please contact us at store@crushstuff.com and we will discuss with you our terms and conditions of shipment to your particular international destination.

What is the return policy?

We stand behind our products and the custom decoration that goes into each and every item. It does not happen often, but if we do make a mistake with your order, we will replace your items. Please review your order, customization and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or customer errors (such as spelling, colors, etc).

If you find a problem with your order, please contact us at orders@crushstuff.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will promptly address the issue.

What payment methods do you use?

We only use Paypal as an added protection for all of our customers for the following reasons:

  1. Paypal is the leading Internet Payment Service, over 90% of internet shoppers have a Paypal account.
  2. Disputing charges with Paypal is quick and easy. You can dispute online through your Paypal account instead of the hassle of calling banks or credit providers.
  3. Paypal helps us save money, by offering a lower rate over conventional merchant service fees, so we can sell all our products to you at lower prices.
  4. Crushstuff.com does not receive any of your Credit Card information. Paypal, a Secure Payment Service, handles all transactions and is an eBay Company.
